About the Role
The Deputy Boutique Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Boutique Manager to ensure the Solitaire boutique excels commercially, operates flawlessly, and fosters a motivated team environment. This leadership position embodies Dior's standards in client experience, retail results, and team leadership, while stepping in for the Boutique Manager when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting and surpassing sales goals for the boutique.
- Track and analyze essential retail metrics such as sales turnover, conversion rates, average transaction values, and units per sale.
- Lead daily team briefings and commercial follow-ups to drive performance.
- Spot growth opportunities to enhance boutique results.
- Promote cross-category teamwork to boost overall business achievements.
- Deliver premium luxury client experiences consistent with Dior's standards.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and VIPs.
- Encourage scheduling client appointments, private showcases, and outreach efforts.
- Support team efforts to develop and maintain robust client portfolios.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service throughout the boutique.
- Motivate and support the team under the Boutique Manager’s direction.
- Coach staff on sales methods and product knowledge.
- Communicate clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development processes.
- Contribute to performance reviews and staff development initiatives.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing routines.
- Manage inventory and stock accuracy diligently.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand presentation requirements.
- Provide direct support to the Boutique Manager and assume their duties when absent.
- Liaise with regional HR, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams for smooth boutique functions.

Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 7 years’ experience in luxury retail environments.
- Have prior supervisory or managerial experience with proven sales leadership.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with team influence capability.
- Showcase a client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Be adept in problem-solving, decision-making, and working well under pressure.
- Display adaptability, resilience, professionalism, and accountability.
- Exhibit skills in motivating teams and handling conflicts effectively.
Technical Expertise
- Expertise in luxury retail sales and boutique management.
- Proficient in clienteling and CRM tools to manage client relationships.
