Job Overview

The steward will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards of kitchen and back-of-house areas within airport lounges in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out dishwashing and maintain the cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep kitchen areas, storage spaces, and workstations clean and hygienic.
• Properly segregate and dispose of waste following health and safety protocols.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools safely and appropriately.
• Support kitchen operations by maintaining organized and clean work environments.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to Saudi Arabia.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior stewards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Possession of a diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or Stewarding is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong motivation, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic English communication skills in speaking and writing; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• A valid health certificate aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in shifts as scheduled.
• Position based at airport locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
