Job Responsibilities

  • Handle guest registrations and assign rooms while accommodating special requests when feasible.
  • Verify guests' payment methods and adhere to established credit-check policies.
  • Perform routine inspections of areas including food counters, shower rooms, toilets, and internet zones to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper functionality of facilities.
  • Strive to meet and exceed company targets for customer satisfaction through continuous improvements.
