Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in our Saudi Arabian airport lounges, you will oversee daily operational tasks to maintain exceptional quality, ensure smooth service delivery, and uphold cleanliness standards. You will foster a professional and safe work environment, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage operations, guaranteeing alignment with company policies and Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, assign tasks, coordinate training, and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain uniformity in food quality, hygiene, service excellence, and cleanliness across food and beverage outlets.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints tactfully, taking prompt corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensure top-tier customer service to deliver a premium dining experience.
  • Assist in controlling costs, tracking revenue, and reducing product waste.
  • Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
  • Contribute to organizing procedures for events and special occasions.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and local municipality regulations.
  • Promote teamwork and seamless coordination between kitchen and service personnel.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 3 years experience within Food & Beverage sectors such as restaurants, lounges, or catering.
  • A service-oriented approach with effective team-working capability.
  • Strong leadership qualities complemented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; Arabic language proficiency is strongly beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Work Location

This role is based in an airport setting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
