Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during camper pick-up and return, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide thorough explanations and personally hand over the campervans to customers.
• Contribute actively to cleaning campers both inside and outside.
• Support the station team in daily operational tasks to maintain smooth station functioning and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Proactive, hands-on attitude ready to pitch in wherever needed.
• Preferably some prior experience in customer service roles.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
• Good command of German and English languages.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross salary ranges between 32,000 EUR and 32,400 EUR, with transparency and fairness in pay bands.
