They offer a meaningful summer job opportunity in an international environment for native English speakers who enjoy working with young people outdoors.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and lead engaging and adventurous camp activities.
- Provide continuous support and supervision to campers throughout their stay.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment.
- Encourage team spirit and active participation among campers.
- Assist Camp Leaders with coordination and management of camp staff.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for parents, partner organizations, and camp management.
- Conduct daily team briefings and reflective meetings.
- Help manage arrival and departure logistics for campers.
Requirements
Camp Counsellors must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have native-level proficiency in English.
- Complete mandatory pre-camp training.
- Hold a valid First Aid Certificate (minimum 9-hour course).
- Enjoy working with children and teenage groups.
- Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and enthusiasm.
Camp Leaders must additionally:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have previous experience in children’s or youth camps.
- Hold a full Category B driving license.
- Possess confident leadership and organizational skills.
