Job Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, and lead engaging and adventurous camp activities.
  • Provide continuous support and supervision to campers throughout their stay.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment.
  • Encourage team spirit and active participation among campers.
  • Assist Camp Leaders with coordination and management of camp staff.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for parents, partner organizations, and camp management.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and reflective meetings.
  • Help manage arrival and departure logistics for campers.

Requirements

Camp Counsellors must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have native-level proficiency in English.
  • Complete mandatory pre-camp training.
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate (minimum 9-hour course).
  • Enjoy working with children and teenage groups.
  • Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and enthusiasm.

Camp Leaders must additionally:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Have previous experience in children’s or youth camps.
  • Hold a full Category B driving license.
  • Possess confident leadership and organizational skills.
