Job description
Role overview
Join Intuit’s People & Places organization, where the focus is on enabling the company’s most important asset: its people. The team exists to build a high-performing workforce within a fast-growing global business and to attract exceptional talent that can help drive innovation and impact.
Intuit’s Talent Delivery team operates in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and works on innovative, scalable hiring solutions that help identify and bring in the right talent across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, and creating memorable candidate experiences.
As a Staff Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end talent strategy for highly specialized senior roles across key business areas. The role involves building diverse talent pipelines, strengthening Intuit’s employer brand, and overseeing candidate engagement from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Partner as a strategic talent advisor by using data, market intelligence, and recruiting insights to guide leadership decisions and support long-term workforce planning.
- Design and implement scalable, automated hiring approaches that improve both the candidate journey and recruiting efficiency in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People & Places partners.
- Create sourcing and hiring strategies for non-technical roles, including Product Management, Design, and other growth-oriented functions, aligned to business goals.
- Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes, while identifying dependencies, reducing blockers, and recommending risk controls.
- Influence business leaders with well-supported talent recommendations and take ownership of recruiting outcomes for assigned business areas.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ATS and talent intelligence platforms, using internal and external benchmarks to generate insights and drive improvements.
- Lead change-related workstreams across the hiring process, mapping interdependencies and helping teams manage transition risks effectively.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in full-cycle recruitment and has strong expertise in non-tech hiring, especially for Product Management, Design, and other strategic functions. They should be comfortable working in a high-volume, matrixed environment while balancing multiple priorities with speed and attention to detail.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven storytelling skills are important, along with a clear focus on process quality, candidate experience, and recruiting effectiveness. Experience mentoring recruiters or supporting team development will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with the SaaS sector and prior experience in a high-growth technology company are considered strong positives.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of success in full-cycle recruiting, with strong depth in non-tech talent strategy and emerging talent markets.
- Hands-on expertise across sourcing, interviewing, assessments, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the external talent landscape, market trends, and competition, with the ability to convert insights into hiring strategy.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, matrixed organization with changing priorities.
- Excellent organization, time management, and process discipline, including careful data hygiene.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and influence across all leadership levels.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on improving candidate experience and operational efficiency.
- Comfort using ATS and talent intelligence tools to produce actionable, measurable insights.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior recruiters or team members to improve overall team performance.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry; experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master’s in HR/OD or an MBA is an added advantage.
