It combines strategic thinking, strong analytical judgment, and practical delivery skills in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
You will work across product, design, research, engineering, and commercial teams to build fast, intuitive mobile experiences for iOS and Android. The environment is highly collaborative and driven by data, with a strong emphasis on clear success metrics, continuous discovery, and measurable customer impact. The role suits a product leader who is passionate about mobile, user-centered design, adoption growth, retention, and engagement.
Accountabilities
- Set the direction, vision, and roadmap for the mobile app while keeping it aligned with company-wide and product priorities.
- Run ongoing discovery by speaking directly with users and turning insights into concrete opportunities and product requirements.
- Establish north-star metrics and supporting KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention, and ensure the product is well instrumented.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration across both iOS and Android.
- Partner with Product Design to deliver fast, intuitive native mobile experiences tailored to users working on the go.
- Balance the needs of multiple user groups such as operators, owners, field staff, and service providers in product decisions.
- Work with Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable execution and reliable measurement systems.
- Coordinate release preparedness with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Spot opportunities to use mobile and AI capabilities to simplify workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Review product performance continuously and refine the experience using customer feedback, usage data, and market movement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with deep exposure to mobile products in B2B SaaS environments.
- A strong record of launching, growing, and improving mobile products on both iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience managing release cycles for the App Store and Google Play in live production environments.
- Ability to work effectively on complex products that serve multiple user types and distinct workflows.
- Experience with user research, field interviews, and continuous discovery to guide product choices.
- Strong analytical capability to define metrics, interpret results, and support data-led decisions.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through ideation, delivery, and optimization.
- Well-developed product judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort working in ambiguous settings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around priorities and direction.
- Genuine interest in mobile-first products and user-centric design; background in hospitality, travel, or property management is an advantage.
Perks and benefits
- Market-aligned compensation package.
- Equity participation through stock options in a profitable, high-growth business.
- Fully remote setup with flexibility based on your country of residence.
- Strong emphasis on learning, development, and long-term career growth.
- Generous annual paid leave in line with local regulations.
- Health insurance and pension coverage where available, depending on location.
- Inclusive international team spread across multiple countries and time zones.
- A culture built around autonomy, ownership, and meaningful impact.
- The chance to contribute to a heavily used mobile product with tangible operational value.
