Position Summary
Belvaa Senior Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse for its Nursing Department at the Whitefield location in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals with GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualifications are encouraged to apply, with preference for candidates registered with the Karnataka Nursing Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physicians' directives.
- Observe and document vital signs, patient progress, and medical findings accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, intravenous fluids, and treatments.
- Maintain detailed nursing records and patient documentation.
- Support doctors during clinical assessments and medical procedures.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, offering first aid as necessary.
- Uphold stringent standards of infection control, hygiene, and patient safety.
- Collaborate effectively with physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare staff.
- Provide education to residents and their families on care and treatment plans.
- Ensure proper upkeep of medical devices and nursing supplies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree.
- Preferably registered with the Karnataka Nursing Council.
- Solid clinical and patient care capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Compassionate, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation purposes.
Work Schedule and Benefits
