About the Role

Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd is seeking driven and outcome-focused freshers with strong communication skills to join their dynamic HR recruitment team based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various job portals aligned with client requirements.
• Screen resumes and make initial candidate contacts.
• Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, communication abilities, aptitude, and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and maintain positive interpersonal communication.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively using computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong learning and research capabilities to understand business processes.
• Positive attitude with effective rapport-building and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers eager to build a career in HR recruitment and upgrade skills.

Additional Information

• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
• Office hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Walk-in interview timing: 10:00 AM.
• Positions open: Senior HR Recruiter and Team Leader roles.
• Experienced candidates skilled in client handling for companies like Accenture, Infosys, and Concentrix can earn up to 50,000 INR monthly.
