Role & Responsibilities
- Administer patient care by implementing prescribed medications and observing their effects.
- Coordinate nursing care following established clinical protocols.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care.
- Participate actively in nursing quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high personal productivity and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
- Ensure a safe environment by enforcing infection control policies for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Oversee inventory management for supplies on each floor or assigned area.
- Collaborate with ward coordinators, consultants, housekeeping, and nursing supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
- Authorize requisition indent forms for required items ensuring proper approval process.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).
- Work location: Lucknow.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional nursing experience.
