We are seeking full-time, part-time, and relief Healthcare Assistants to join our team at CareChoice Malahide Road. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to residents.
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene and care with utmost respect and dignity.
• Support residents with their nutritional requirements by aiding in eating and drinking.
• Help residents mobilize appropriately while utilizing correct aids.
• Escort and transfer residents as per nursing staff instructions.
• Provide support during End of Life Care.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by nursing and management personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or an equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Previous experience in care settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills paired with a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Proficient English language abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and any day from Monday to Sunday.
