About the Role

Beautera Hair and Skin Clinic seeks a committed and skilled Staff Nurse to support clinical operations in aesthetic and hair restoration treatments. The nurse will work closely with doctors during procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, uphold clinical hygiene standards, and contribute to efficient clinic management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for consultations and procedures, including independent handling of the operation theatre.
• Monitor and record vital signs, explain care protocols before and after treatments, and address patient concerns with professionalism.
• Assist doctors during hair transplant surgeries and various skin treatments such as PRP, GFC, mesotherapy, and IV therapies.
• Prepare procedure rooms and ensure sterilization of instruments and consumables.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques, manage biomedical waste, and keep treatment areas sanitized.
• Track inventory of medicines, disposables, and surgical supplies; report stock issues and monitor expiry dates.
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly before procedures and maintain detailed inventory records.
• Document patient treatment records, nursing notes, and consent forms while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Be ready to manage medical emergencies, maintain emergency medicine stocks, and assist with first aid and crash cart readiness.
• Coordinate with reception for scheduling, ensure readiness of procedure rooms, and support smooth patient care flow in adherence with clinic protocols.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree with valid nursing registration.
• Experience preferred in dermatology, cosmetology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinical settings.
• Familiarity with infection control and sterilization practices.
• Good communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced clinical environment and basic computer skills for record keeping.

Preferred Skills

• Assisting in hair transplant surgeries.
• Knowledge of PRP and GFC procedures.
• Competence in IV drip administration and cannulation.
• Experience with dermatological and aesthetic treatments as well as operation theatre assistance.
