The Staff Customer Success Manager will join Checkr Trust, a growing business within Checkr spanning various verticals. This strategic role merges customer success, technical guidance, and growth, focusing on managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to enhance adoption, expansion, executive alignment, and long-term value.

  • Coordinate with company executives and client leadership to align business objectives and measurable results.
  • Identify and tackle barriers limiting deep product integration and usage.
  • Discover growth opportunities related to customer workflows and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams for renewals and strategic account growth.
  • Manage retention and revenue expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize advanced AI tools to build growth-enabling systems.
  • Translate product features into tangible business impact by thoroughly understanding customer workflows.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews showcasing ROI and strategic value.
  • Convert performance analytics into actionable strategies that influence customer success plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.
  • Develop playbooks detailing segmentation, engagement, risk indicators, and scalable growth frameworks.
  • Set high standards for customer partnerships in a nascent market.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 to 10+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or related post-sale roles within B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Experience managing enterprise or fast-growing accounts with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Proven success in driving account retention and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience thriving in startup-like or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong inclination to integrate AI technologies into workflows for enhanced outcomes.
  • Technically proficient to lead client integrations, diagnose adoption issues, and communicate comfortably with product and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Apps, Lovable, Claude, Looker, and Omni BI tools.
  • Demonstrates ownership mentality, balancing empathy and accountability, and thrives amidst uncertainty.
  • Committed to innovating systems rather than maintaining existing processes, with resilience and a proactive approach.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive cash and equity packages with advancement prospects.
  • 100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Up to $25,000 reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Learning and development allowances.
  • Monthly wellness stipend.
  • Supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace culture.
