About the role

CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Operations Analyst to help improve financial visibility and operational performance across the business. The position is centered on operations-linked costs such as commodities, freight, and raw materials, with a strong focus on analyzing cost trends and forecasting Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). You will work closely with Operations, Operations Finance, and FP&A partners to turn data into actionable insight, strengthen planning processes, and improve forecast accuracy. This is a full-time, in-office role based at CELSIUS headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly review process for commodities and examine shifts in costing patterns.
  • Run the monthly scrap analysis and review cycle.
  • Monitor and interpret operations-related spend, including freight and raw material costs.
  • Work with Operations, Operations Finance, and FP&A teams to raise forecasting quality.
  • Create, update, and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and pinpoint the drivers behind cost changes.
  • Build trend analyses that help guide strategic decisions.
  • Use ERP tools and advanced Excel work to improve reporting, efficiency, and automation.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in finance processes.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team by providing COGS support to help optimize pricing and margin.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in a consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and oriented toward solving problems.
  • Comfortable working across functions and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exposure to AI-based financial modeling is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site every day at the CELSIUS headquarters.

Additional information

This position may qualify for additional compensation such as bonuses and Restricted Stock Units, depending on company plans. Compensation is based on experience and location, and the final offer will depend on relevant knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
