Job description

About Celsius

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is a global consumer packaged goods company built around three brands: CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR®. The company focuses on creating an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative workplace where employees have a direct stake in success. Its vision is to help shape a modern energy category where performance, personality, and community come together.

Role overview

As the Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist, you will support Celsius Holdings’ international markets by handling recruitment, improving the candidate journey, and providing general HR support for selected markets or business areas. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs, deliver hiring activity end to end, build talent pipelines, maintain compliant processes, support onboarding, and contribute to people initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Talent acquisition and workforce planning

  • Work with hiring managers and HR leaders to define current and future staffing needs, role expectations, and resourcing plans.
  • Own the full recruitment cycle, including intake discussions, posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening, arranging interviews, collecting feedback, supporting offers, and keeping candidates informed.
  • Collaborate on job descriptions, person specifications, interview guides, and selection criteria aligned to business needs and company values.
  • Create and nurture talent pools for priority roles, repeat hiring needs, and future expansion.
  • Guide managers on fair, consistent, and effective hiring practices.

Recruitment operations and candidate experience

  • Ensure candidates move through the hiring process quickly and professionally to support a strong candidate experience.
  • Keep recruitment records, ATS information, offer paperwork, and interview feedback accurate and aligned with internal procedures and local rules.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding tasks, and pre-employment checks with HR partners and other stakeholders.
  • Track recruitment service levels, supplier performance, and process efficiency, and raise issues or improvement ideas when needed.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI updates to keep managers and HR leaders informed.

HR advisory and employee support

  • Provide first-level HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, lifecycle matters, and general people queries.
  • Support onboarding, probation reviews, performance processes, job changes, internal transfers, and employee documents with accuracy and attention.
  • Coach managers on everyday people matters while ensuring policies and expected behaviours are applied consistently.
  • Assist with informal and formal employee relations matters where appropriate, balancing business needs with fairness, policy, and employment law.
  • Maintain employee records, HR data, and process documentation carefully and accurately.

Process improvement, projects, and compliance

  • Identify better ways of working and look for opportunities to improve recruitment and HR service delivery, speed, and consistency.
  • Help develop, launch, and refine recruitment policies, process guides, interview tools, and manager resources.
  • Stay connected with internal and external market trends, talent supply, and best practices that can strengthen hiring capability.
  • Contribute to HR projects, learning programs, engagement activities, and broader people-team priorities as required.
  • Support inclusive hiring, confidentiality, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a generalist HR position, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods, retail, hospitality, agency, or high-growth setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
  • Strong working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, selection approaches, candidate handling, and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can coach, influence, and support managers through recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to handle several roles, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort using HR platforms, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration software.
  • Understanding of employment law, recruitment compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the assigned market is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification or an equivalent HR credential is an advantage.
