Role overview

This senior leadership position is focused on building and scaling member acquisition in the United States through a data-led, multi-channel growth strategy. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on performance analysis, requiring someone who can turn complex marketing data into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. You will own the full acquisition engine, with responsibility for improving efficiency, traffic quality, and long-term member value while testing new ways to accelerate sustainable growth. You will also work closely with Analytics, Product, Creative, and Tech partners to create connected growth systems in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and lead the overall member acquisition strategy so it supports business goals and growth targets across paid and organic channels.
  • Monitor channel performance and manage forecasting, reporting, and optimization on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences, with a focus on quality traffic and conversion performance.
  • Design and run a structured testing roadmap covering creative, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and funnel improvements to raise acquisition efficiency.
  • Work across Analytics, Tech, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to build scalable growth solutions and strengthen measurement, attribution, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee relationships with external platform partners and vendors, including collaboration on performance goals and access to beta opportunities.
  • Hire, guide, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team while reinforcing analytical discipline, accountability, and a strong experimentation culture.

Required experience and capabilities

  • At least 10 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, including meaningful leadership experience scaling growth in e-commerce or subscription businesses.
  • Demonstrated success handling large paid media budgets and improving core metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and ecosystems such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Advanced analytical ability, including comfort with large datasets, performance forecasting, and converting insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence senior leaders through concise communication and data-backed storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of experimentation methods, attribution approaches, and full-funnel optimization in digital marketing.
