As the senior finance lead for the Wellbeing business, you will turn operational complexity into clear financial guidance that supports long-term business direction. You will lead planning, pricing, and performance analysis for a fast-growing services business with international reach, helping improve margins, efficiency, and scalable growth through data-led decisions.
Key accountabilities

- Create and manage pricing structures, financial models, and unit economics to support RFP responses, contract renewals, and client-specific proposals.
- Work closely with Wellbeing leadership to monitor performance measures, pinpoint cost drivers, and advance efficiency initiatives.
- Own financial modeling for strategic initiatives, including decisions around tools, staffing, and service delivery improvements.
- Review vendor agreements and outsourcing setups to strengthen scalability, cost control, and long-term financial health.
- Set up, track, and analyze KPIs tied to engagement, retention, participation, and profitability to guide executive decisions.
- Contribute as a senior member of cross-functional leadership teams involved in strategy and business transformation.
- Help shape pricing strategy with commercial and product partners so it reflects business objectives and market position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a closely related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of steadily advancing finance leadership experience, ideally in complex service businesses or platform-based environments.
- Strong command of financial planning, forecasting, pricing, and operational finance.
- Experience supporting commercial decisions, including RFPs, renewals, and enterprise-level client proposals.
- Prior exposure to financial systems such as NetSuite and planning platforms such as Anaplan is an advantage.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, along with strong Excel and data visualization capability.
- Ability to convert detailed financial information into concise strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to improve the speed and quality of financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation abilities in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
- Base compensation of $170,000 to $190,000 depending on experience and location.
- Full medical, dental, and wellbeing coverage available from the first day of employment.
- Unlimited paid time off to support rest, recovery, and balance.
- Retirement planning assistance and financial protection programs.
- Access to mental health resources and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Learning support, development budgets, and pathways for career growth.
- Purpose-driven culture centered on improving health and wellbeing at scale.
- Inclusive, collaborative environment that welcomes diverse viewpoints.
