Key Responsibilities

  • Administering, registering, and securely storing officially classified documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintaining records regarding the usage, distribution, retrieval, and destruction of sensitive documents.
  • Managing access permissions, authorization, and personnel data including initiating official personnel background checks.
  • Preparing shipping and transport documentation while monitoring reporting deadlines and mandatory notifications.
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and internal security policies, documenting all security-relevant procedures.
  • Providing consultation, instruction, and training to employees and managers on handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Communicating and coordinating with authorities, clients, and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting company-wide initiatives and tasks related to administration.
  • Assuming responsibility for security administration duties during the absence of the security management lead.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed commercial or administrative vocational training (e.g., office clerk, administrative specialist) or equivalent qualification, preferably with additional relevant certifications.
  • Proven practical experience in managing administrative and assistant tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for collaborative, solution-focused work.
  • Reliability, confidentiality, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
  • Proficient use of common IT applications.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
