About the Role
This position focuses on coordinating site acquisition, land rights administration, statutory approvals, and permit-related activities needed to deliver telecommunications infrastructure. The role helps keep rollout plans on track by managing approvals, working with external and internal stakeholders, overseeing consultants, and ensuring all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and MAST policies within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full site acquisition and permitting process for assigned telecom infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Obtain land access rights, landlord approvals, municipal clearances, and required statutory permits in line with regulatory expectations and MAST standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with municipalities, regulators, landlords, consultants, and internal teams to support approval progress.
- Track programme milestones, spot emerging risks, and report delays to management together with suggested corrective actions.
- Keep site acquisition and permitting records accurate, organised, and up to date, including all related administration and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Property Studies, Town Planning, or a related discipline is required.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition and permitting.
- Working knowledge of municipal approval procedures and relevant legislation.
