About the Role
Join Circle K, a leading global convenience and mobility brand under Alimentation Couche-Tard, serving 1,200 service stations across Germany. We invite you to become a key contributor to the evolution of our retail business in Berlin as a Specialist Sales Planner / Master Data, on a fixed two-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and manage article master data within the JD Edwards system ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues related to article management.
- Collaborate closely with Category Managers to implement price adjustments and promotional campaigns.
- Support Category, Finance, and Marketing teams on all master data-related matters.
- Establish and sustain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including proactive liaison with suppliers to obtain accurate and timely product information.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance master data management standards.
- Participate in master data governance efforts aimed at standardization and automation.
Qualifications
- Completion of a relevant degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years' experience in FMCG or retail environments with knowledge of project management.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards, and strong command of Microsoft business applications.
- Understanding of business processes, data flows, and basic IT integrations.
