• Perform vacuum furnace heat treatments on tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
• Operate heat treatment equipment with precision and safety.
• Conduct standard mechanical material tests to assess material properties.
• Handle preparation and finalization processes for heat treatment batches.
• Maintain detailed process and inspection documentation for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector, such as heat treater, material tester, or heat treatment specialist (all genders welcomed).
• Willingness to work shift schedules including weekends.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands.
