• Perform heat treatment processes using vacuum furnace technology on tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
• Operate thermal treatment equipment efficiently and safely.
• Conduct standard mechanical tests to examine material properties.
• Prepare and finalize heat treatment batches attentively.
• Maintain detailed process and inspection documentation accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector (e.g., hardener, materials tester, or heat treatment technician).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekend duties.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well within a team and adaptability to dynamic work conditions.
