Specialist Hygiene Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician based at our Newcastle branch, covering the North East and surrounding areas. This full-time, permanent position involves delivering a variety of hygiene cleaning services in diverse settings, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage restoration, infection control, police and prison cell sanitation, sharps removal, and trauma and crime scene cleanup. The role also includes technical cleaning tasks such as factory cleaning, high-level cleaning, and silo maintenance, with all necessary training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment where tasks may vary weekly.
• Participating in an on-call rotation, typically twice per quarter.
• Providing expert advice to customers as needed.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving license held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of £26,655 per year with an OTE range of £30,000 to £35,000 including bonuses and commissions.
