Specialist, GFAC Operations Systems

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Specialist for GFAC Operations Systems in Singapore. This role sits within the Global Facilities organization and supports front-end manufacturing and assembly test sites worldwide by helping teams deploy, maintain, and improve the software applications that keep operations running smoothly.

What you will do

• Provide practical support to site teams so applications remain available and functional.
• Ensure sites follow Global Facilities standards and governance requirements.
• Review and approve change and modification requests with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and share knowledge to strengthen team capability.
• Help create and roll out Global Process Standards across sites.
• Maintain strong data quality and integrity in system records.
• Prepare reports that support informed decision-making across the organization.

What you need

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in project or program management.
• Practical experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Microsoft 365.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration abilities.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Angular, Python, C/C++, or comparable tools is preferred.
• Exposure to AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cortex, or similar platforms is preferred.

Preferred background

• Experience as an SAP superuser.
• Background in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
