Job description
Role overview
Micron Technology is seeking an AI Adoption & Change Navigator to help drive consistent uptake of AI solutions across international regions. The role focuses on ensuring teams outside the U.S. receive the same level of practical guidance, coaching, and implementation support, while taking local language, culture, and business requirements into account.
Micron’s mission is to improve how the world uses information to enrich lives. The company operates with a strong emphasis on innovation, integrity, sustainability, and community impact, and builds memory and storage technologies that power advances in AI, 5G, data centers, and connected devices.
What you will do
- Provide hands-on support to global teams during AI tool rollout and after implementation, aligned to local working hours and time zones.
- Run office hours or support clinics during regional business hours so users can get timely help across locations.
- Adapt training content so it feels relevant to local culture, language, and working style.
- Work with the central training function to tailor examples and use cases for different regions, including translation or bilingual assistance when needed.
- Coach leaders and teams in each region on how to adopt and use AI tools effectively.
- Identify and develop local champions who can promote adoption and serve as site-level points of contact.
- Gather feedback from international users about challenges such as access, compliance, language, or differences in work practices.
- Advocate for the resources or process changes needed to make AI usage effective and equitable worldwide.
- Build connections between departments and regions working on similar AI efforts.
- Help create communities of practice that share successful approaches, lessons learned, and best practices globally.
Required background
Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in customer success, user support, change management, or a similar area, preferably in international or multicultural settings. The role also calls for strong emotional intelligence, including patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust while working with diverse teams.
Preferred experience
Experience leading or supporting technology adoption programs across multiple countries is an advantage. Familiarity with regional legal and regulatory issues related to AI or IT tools, such as data privacy requirements like GDPR, is also preferred.
Compensation and benefits
Micron offers competitive pay that may include base salary, performance-linked incentives, and potential equity. The benefits package can include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and executive coaching opportunities.
Equal opportunity and compliance
Micron considers all qualified applicants without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability. The company also states that it does not use child labor, follows applicable laws and international labor standards, and does not charge recruitment fees or request unlawful payment from candidates.
Application and safety notices
Applicants who need assistance with the application process or reasonable accommodations can contact hrsupport_sg@micron.com. Micron also advises candidates to be careful about unsolicited offers and to verify any communication through the company’s official careers channel.
AI use notice
Micron allows candidates to use AI tools to improve resumes or application materials, but all information submitted must be truthful and must accurately reflect real skills and experience. Misrepresentation or fabrication through AI use will lead to immediate disqualification.
