Role Overview

Accor is hiring a skilled and empathetic Spa Therapist for Swissotel Corniche Park Towers in Doha. The role involves delivering personalized wellness treatments in a peaceful, high-end spa setting. You will work with a collaborative and high-performing team to create memorable experiences that help guests feel refreshed, relaxed, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad selection of premium spa services such as massage, facials, body treatments, and customized wellness rituals based on each guest’s needs.
• Carry out detailed guest consultations to review health background, concerns, and treatment goals so every service is suitable and safe.
• Maintain top-tier standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and personal presentation in line with spa procedures and industry expectations.
• Set a warm, calm, and inclusive tone that helps guests feel comfortable, respected, and at ease.
• Explain treatment choices, expected benefits, and post-treatment care clearly and with empathy.
• Work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations and exchange knowledge on therapies and guest preferences.
• Manage appointment timing effectively so treatments stay on schedule without compromising quality or attention to detail.
• Keep client documentation, treatment notes, and inventory records organized while protecting confidentiality at all times.
• Continue building expertise through ongoing professional development and awareness of new wellness methods and trends.
• Support the wider team and contribute to a respectful, high-performance work culture.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa setting.
• A valid spa therapy certificate or license, or an equivalent qualification accepted in Qatar.
• Strong hands-on expertise in massage and bodywork treatments.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Good physical endurance and manual dexterity to perform treatments effectively.
• Solid understanding of spa hygiene, safety practices, and client confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt treatments to different guest needs and preferences.
• A polished, professional appearance that matches luxury hospitality standards.

Preferred Background

• Training in natural therapy methods or complementary wellness disciplines.
• Experience leading or supporting yoga, meditation, or breathwork sessions.
• Certification in advanced facial or beauty treatments.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Arabic and English, which is highly valued in Doha.
• Experience serving international and culturally diverse guests.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic, Thai, or other specialized massage approaches.
• Familiarity with spa booking platforms and management software.
• Additional qualifications in wellness coaching or holistic health.
