Role Overview

The hotel is seeking a courteous, guest-oriented Food & Beverage Waiter in Nairobi to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The role is focused on attentive service, smooth coordination with the kitchen and wider service team, and maintaining the standards expected in a premium hospitality setting.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and create a positive first impression.
• Record food and drink orders accurately, including any special instructions, and pass them clearly to the kitchen.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly while maintaining a professional service style.
• Explain menu options, respond to guest questions, and offer suitable suggestions when needed.
