About The Company

The client is a healthcare provider emphasizing hospitality and personalised care, founded by doctors aiming to transform men's health services. Their clinic offers comprehensive, discreet medical care using modern technology and prioritizes a patient-centered approach.

Role Overview

As a Sonographer, you will conduct ultrasound diagnostic scans to assist physicians in delivering precise and customized patient care. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you ensure all scans meet high standards of accuracy, patient comfort, and confidentiality, under the supervision of the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound scans across specialties such as abdominal and vascular imaging to support patient treatment plans.
  • Ensure the quality and diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound images for effective physician evaluation.
  • Prepare and position patients appropriately, provide clear explanations of procedures, and maintain a calm environment to ease patient anxiety.
  • Accurately document scan results and imaging reports, collaborating with doctors to integrate imaging data with clinical findings.
  • Manage ultrasound equipment including maintenance, calibration, and adherence to infection control standards compliant with Singapore healthcare regulations and imaging protocols.
  • Assist with front-of-house and customer service activities during slower periods.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of professional clinical sonography experience, preferably in private clinics or outpatient settings.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, Medical Ultrasound, or related disciplines.
  • Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) as a Diagnostic Radiographer with a current practicing certificate.
  • Proven technical ability, strong communication skills, and capability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Displays a patient-focused attitude with discretion, attention to detail, and reassurance skills to help anxious patients.

Working Hours & Additional Information

  • A 45-hour workweek following a rotating clinic schedule.
  • Work involves five days per week including weekends and public holidays, with compensation days off for holidays worked.
