- Carry out detailed safety and risk assessments.

What you need to bring

- Current SWRB registration, or the ability to register soon.
- A recognised qualification in social work.

- A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence, with historic convictions considered individually.
- A strong commitment to working in partnership with whānau.
Additional experience and skills valued
- Previous statutory social work experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay resilient under pressure.
- Cultural competence, including understanding of tikanga Māori and Pasifika cultures.
- Good documentation habits and solid digital literacy.
