Wigmore Medical is a pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical wholesaler and distributor based in London W1, specializing in an innovative portfolio of high-quality home-use and professional aesthetic brands. We are seeking a seasoned Social & Paid Media Creative to join our dynamic Marketing team.
Role Overview
This position involves crafting compelling organic and paid social media content across B2B and B2C brands to invigorate brand presence, boost marketing campaigns, and enhance brand awareness. The role operates in a hybrid model with a requirement for three days onsite and two days remote, demanding a suitably proactive, organized, and creative individual who can thrive independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging photo, video, and graphic content for organic social media channels and paid social advertising campaigns across multiple brands.
- Contribute to social media content planning and execution to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Create creative assets specifically tailored for Meta and other paid social platforms.
- Maintain content consistency adhering to brand tone, visual style, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to generate campaign, product launch, and promotional content.
- Support content capture during training events, photoshoots, and other activities.
- Assist in scheduling and managing social media posts across various platforms.
- Keep abreast of current social media trends, platform changes, and best content practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies, content creators, and third-party suppliers as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in content creation or social media roles, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-caliber graphic and video content for both organic channels and paid advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut; familiarity with Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and effective content strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to create visually premium content.
- Competency in analyzing social media metrics to refine and optimize content approaches.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication aptitude with a collaborator mindset.
- A motivated self-starter passionate about social media, beauty, and aesthetics industries.
Working Conditions
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch break.
- Hybrid work schedule: three days in-office (London W1) and two days remote.
Compensation and Benefits
