About the Role

Centra is seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to join their team based in Arden Road, Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland. The role involves curating and distributing content across multiple social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to increase audience engagement and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee an all-encompassing social media strategy.
• Manage diverse social media campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and nurturing a vibrant community through meaningful online interactions.
• Create, edit, and publish compelling content daily, including original text, photographs, videos, and updates.
• Ensure content targets the appropriate audience effectively while managing the budget to maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, perform benchmarking, and generate detailed reports.
• Propose and apply innovative campaigns to elevate brand recognition and enhance social media outcomes.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies related to social media and design applications.
• Optimize company profiles on each platform to boost the visibility of the organization's social content.
• Engage with customers on social platforms, responding effectively and utilizing feedback to refine social strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support to other in-store projects as required.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience in managing social media campaigns.
• Expert understanding of social media channels, formats, and proficiency with Facebook Business Manager.
• A deep passion for social media trends and customer behaviors, with the ability to interpret interests across social platforms.
• Creative mindset with a positive "can do" spirit, skilled in generating innovative ideas that produce results and foster team creativity.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong copywriting skills.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting, managing several tasks while maintaining quality deliverables.
• Competence in report creation and analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presenting abilities.
• Skill in recognizing trends and customer requirements and translating these into engaging social content.
