Role Overview

We seek a Social Media Specialist passionate about crafting compelling content and experienced with platforms like Instagram and TikTok to enhance Vilgain's organic social media presence. This position involves hands-on content creation and global brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish organic posts primarily on Instagram, while also supporting TikTok, Pinterest, and other social channels.
• Implement content strategies directed by the Social Media Manager, tailoring materials for different markets.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages to foster genuine follower relationships.
• Assist in creating reels, stories, and feed content by crafting captions, coordinating visuals, and liaising with the creative team.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and platform features to keep content current and engaging.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimizing content.
• Support social-first marketing campaigns, product launches, and important brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing and sharing social media content, preferably in consumer brand contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram features such as reels, stories, visual styles, captions, and user engagement.
• Strong aesthetic judgement for social media visuals and content quality.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage content schedules and adhere to deadlines.
• Authentic enthusiasm for food, nutrition, and lifestyle topics.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
