Job Responsibilities

• Devise, execute, and oversee our social media strategies on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Create, refine, and share compelling content that highlights our landscaping design, installation, and maintenance work.
• Compose engaging copy for social media, blogs, and other digital marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding.
• Organize and manage a content calendar to ensure a continual flow of relevant posts.
• Interact professionally and promptly with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools to inform strategy and generate reports on performance.
• Work alongside the landscaping team to gather project insights and develop authentic before-and-after content.
• Keep informed about emerging social media practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating content professionally.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• A portfolio exhibiting expertise in content creation and social media campaign management.
• Familiarity with social media management software such as Buffer or Hootsuite and content design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of social media data analytics and the capacity to apply insights to marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in landscape design, horticulture, or home improvement is highly beneficial.
