Job description
Role overview
Logitech is looking for a creative, strategic, and analytics-minded Social Media Specialist to shape and grow the Logitech for Business presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit through both organic and paid initiatives. The role is focused on building social strategy, producing engaging content, running paid campaigns, supporting community interaction, and using performance data to improve engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Communications for Logitech for Business, you will work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to present L4B solutions through original organic content and targeted paid distribution.
This position calls for hands-on B2B social media experience, including strong capability in organic planning, paid campaign execution, and performance analysis with measurable goals and ongoing optimization across channels.
Core responsibilities
You will be expected to contribute through Logitech’s values of being yourself, staying open, remaining hungry and humble, collaborating, challenging assumptions, deciding decisively, and acting with a shared commitment to equality and environmental responsibility.
Strategy
- Build and run a full social media plan that covers both organic and paid activity, with LinkedIn and YouTube as the main priorities.
- Take ownership of the social content calendar and keep publishing aligned with business goals and campaign schedules.
- Work with the Demand Generation team to shape integrated paid social efforts, including boosted content, sponsored posts, and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Create content that can work effectively in both organic distribution and paid amplification.
- Define measurable KPIs for organic growth, paid campaign results, and overall return on investment.
Content creation and sourcing
- Design attractive visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop.
- Edit short-form videos for formats suited to the LinkedIn feed and YouTube Shorts.
- Turn long-form material into social-first content assets for both organic and paid use.
- Adjust creative assets to match paid social specifications and ad formats.
- Keep up with trending themes, algorithm updates, and platform best practices to guide the content approach.
Channel management
- Manage the full YouTube workflow from end to end and keep the channel optimized.
- Track comments and respond where needed to encourage community interaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Oversee LinkedIn Company Page optimization, including showcase pages and employee advocacy efforts.
- Coordinate with and manage the agency relationship.
Paid social media management
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Handle paid social budgets, bidding approaches, and audience targeting to improve cost efficiency and conversions.
- Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, and targeting settings to keep improving performance.
Reporting and analytics
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports covering organic metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate, and follower growth, as well as paid results like CTR, CPC, conversions, and leads.
- Turn data findings into practical recommendations for content changes and paid campaign improvements.
- Present performance insights to stakeholders and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry movement to identify opportunities for growth.
- Review campaign performance each day and make live optimizations to improve CTRs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success managing B2B social media accounts with experience in both organic strategy and paid campaign execution.
- Strong background in paid social, especially LinkedIn campaigns, budget handling, and optimization for lead generation and conversions.
- Solid content production abilities, including video editing and graphic design, with the ability to create assets for advertising use.
- Strong platform knowledge across YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn algorithms, and paid social advertising practices.
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor tone and voice for IT decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- Comfort using social media analytics and campaign dashboards to extract insights and improve outcomes.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep both organic and paid workstreams moving together.
- Experience managing paid social budgets and showing measurable ROI.
