Role Overview
This position sits within Logitech’s B2B organization and focuses on Personal Work Solutions (PWS) across the Middle East and Africa. The specialist acts as a product and sales resource for enterprise and channel teams, helping expand the category through customer engagement, solution positioning, and partner support.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with account teams, resellers, and enterprise customers to support pre-sales activity, influence buying decisions, and help deliver category revenue. The role combines technical product knowledge with commercial execution, including demonstrations, training, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Serve as the in-depth PWS subject matter expert for account and sales teams, while staying current on the portfolio, market direction, and competitors.
- Drive growth in B2B PWS products through cross-sell and upsell activity with targeted enterprise customers and resell partners.
- Lead product presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value, features, and solution benefits of the PWS portfolio and related software.
- Support direct engagement teams and enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on assisting account managers and presenting headset and broader PWS solutions.
- Track opportunities in SFDC to reflect pipeline movement and sales involvement throughout the deal cycle.
- Work toward assigned PWS revenue goals through business development and sales support.
- Assist with forecasting for the PWS category in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate product trials, nurture major opportunities, and follow up with enterprise customers on behalf of channel partners.
- Deliver enablement and training sessions related to PWS when needed.
- Support trade shows, tabletop events, and lunch-and-learn sessions with channel partners and B2B teams.
- Collaborate with the wider Logitech B2B organization, including product management and marketing resources.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with PWS products and solutions such as mice, webcams, keyboards, headsets, and device management software.
- Solid track record in sales, particularly in direct engagement and B2B channel environments involving resellers and distribution partners.
- Strong commercial drive, with the ability to create new opportunities in a growing business.
- Confident communication and presentation abilities, including the capability to run demos in person and virtually.
- Business and industry awareness, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with account managers, channel partners, and enterprise buyers.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute effectively in a joint sales model.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; French is considered an advantage.
- Based in Dubai, UAE.
- Comfort working with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for training, sales meetings, and customer events.
- Active professional social networking presence is preferred.
- Persistence, follow-through, and adaptability to changing business needs are preferred traits.
- A relevant degree is required.
- Formal sales and/or presentation training is strongly preferred.
- Technical certifications are preferred.
