About the Role
The Mania Advertising team is expanding and we are eager to welcome a skilled Social Media Manager to join our creative team. This position demands a passionate and detail-oriented professional committed to managing social media pages expertly and boosting their performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Albanian and English languages; familiarity with Italian is a plus.
- Strong dedication and enthusiasm to pursue work attentively and meticulously.
- Objective focused on professional management of social media platforms and enhancing their outcomes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Completed education in Journalism, Marketing, or Communication fields.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Advanced knowledge in handling social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
- A solid understanding of digital media and campaign performance analytics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for producing creative, convincing, and platform-appropriate content suited for social networks and marketing campaigns.
- Competent in utilizing analytical tools and generating reports on campaign results.
