Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow for a Social Media Manager who will also act as a team lead. What You Will Do
In this role, you will create, review, and publish content, track platform performance, improve campaign results, handle community engagement, and coordinate with partners and influencers. You will also keep up with current social media trends, bring forward fresh ideas to expand reach and influence, and compile regular progress reports for the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and optimization, with the ability to design, run, and improve campaigns on major platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for producing clear, engaging, audience-specific content that matches the foundation’s mission.
- Ability to build content plans, organize calendars, and align messaging with campaigns while coordinating across teams.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a social media or communications team, with the ability to guide and support team members.
- Comfort using social media analytics tools and creating basic reports to measure performance and support decisions.
- Interest in or exposure to social impact work, community development, environmental causes, or youth engagement.
- Capability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate across functions, and manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
- A background in communications, marketing, media studies, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
