Role overview
Diadem Sports is expanding rapidly and is seeking a capable, proactive, and versatile Social Media Manager to support its growing marketing efforts. This position sits within the Marketing Department and is focused on strengthening the brand’s digital footprint, boosting engagement, and building a stronger presence across social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including weekend coverage when required.
- Plan, organize, and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Partner with the Content Creation team to produce material that is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand goals.
- Design and execute campaigns aimed at expanding reach and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the Dynasty Team and the Diadem junior program to connect with top junior players nationwide through digital marketing.
- Ensure messaging stays consistent across all digital channels.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments and direct messages.
- Shape and maintain a distinct brand voice across platforms.
- Create original, lively, and organic content.
- Work with the marketing team on product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Strong enthusiasm for racket sports.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop fresh campaign ideas.
- Reliable work ethic with the drive to meet goals, targets, and deadlines.
- Background in content creation is preferred.
