Key Responsibilities

• Oversee social media from conception through publication, ensuring content is not just attractive but impactful.
• Create content strategies and recurring formats aligned with the brand to engage real audiences.
• Develop editorial calendars, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent content output.
• Produce Reels, Stories, and Posts using tools such as CapCut and Canva, understanding which format fits each platform.
• Engage in community management by responding to comments and building authentic reach.
• Identify trends early and adapt them to brand-appropriate content rather than following blindly.
• Analyze relevant metrics to determine performance and plan subsequent steps.

Qualifications

• An instinct for compelling content that captures and retains attention.
• Some experience managing social media, be it personal projects, side jobs, or professionally.
• Proficiency or quick adaptability to tools including CapCut, Canva, or Instagram editor.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple channels without losing oversight.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to address the appropriate tone for the target audience.
• Fluency in German, both spoken and written.
• Education background is not crucial; what matters most is your content sense and passion to build a brand.
