Product Manager - Ophthalmology Segment - Mumbai

Role Overview

The candidate will oversee marketing responsibilities for ophthalmic products aimed at international markets, based in Mumbai. The role involves launching new products and enhancing the presence of existing ophthalmology brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative promotional strategies tailored for various ophthalmic brands within the company.
• Plan and implement customer-focused campaigns and specialized activities targeting priority ophthalmic products.
• Coordinate campaigns and events involving Key Opinion Leaders in the ophthalmology domain.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews and monitor brand progress.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Pharmacy or B.Sc in any specialization, supplemented by an MBA in Marketing.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2 to 3 years dedicated to roles such as Product Executive, Senior Product Executive, Assistant Product Manager, or Product Manager focusing on ophthalmology products for domestic or international markets.
• Strong knowledge of the ophthalmology therapeutic area.
• Proven expertise in launching new products and bolstering existing brands within ophthalmology.
• Highly organized professional demonstrating self-motivation, creativity, and initiative aligned with personal and corporate objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
