This role involves managing multiple social media platforms to engage and grow the community around professional football.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop EFA's social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling posts, captions, and interactive story content designed to engage the audience.
- Engage actively with followers by managing comments, direct messages, and fan interactions.
- Produce and share quick highlight video clips during game days to capture live moments.
- Deliver real-time social content and live coverage during matches.
- Collaborate closely with media teams and representatives from franchises to coordinate content.
- Stay current on social media trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with paid social media campaigns as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Deep enthusiasm for football and passion for sports storytelling.
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Capability to rapidly edit and produce short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially for crafting appealing digital graphics and social media visuals.
- Ability to perform well under high-pressure situations, particularly on match days.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of emerging social media trends.

- Availability to work on selected game days, including weekends.
