About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our Bhopal-based team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to generate quality leads, boost brand visibility, and optimize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on social media and other digital platforms.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
• Handle Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective lead generation and improved ROI.
• Manage social media accounts, increasing organic user engagement through strategic content planning.
• Develop and execute content calendars and social media strategies tailored to marketing goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager tools.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams for the development of creative assets and campaign materials.
• Keep abreast of evolving digital marketing trends and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager focusing on Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and broader social media marketing concepts.
• Experience with analytics tools and performance measurement methodologies.
• Excellent communication capabilities combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple marketing campaigns concurrently within deadlines.
