Currently, they are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead and manage their social media presence with a deep understanding of Web3, community building, and current trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple social media platforms including Twitter and Instagram.
- Develop and implement strategic content plans, including scheduling and copywriting.
- Analyze social media metrics and deliver monthly performance reports to the team.
- Engage with the community actively by monitoring and responding to direct messages and mentions.
- Build and nurture strong community relationships.
- Create and publish engaging content tailored for social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to produce necessary visual assets.
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas to enhance social media presence.
- Provide the marketing team with best practice advice and guidelines for social media management.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a social media manager with a solid portfolio of work.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies and current cultural trends.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different brand voices and products.
- Strong writing capabilities and proactive work ethic.
- Highly efficient multitasker able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Committed to continuous innovation and process improvement.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A degree in writing, social media management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
