About the Role
Australian Turf Club is a leading Australian sporting and entertainment organisation, best known as the home of The Everest, the richest race on turf worldwide. With more than 110 racedays each year, along with hundreds of business and social events, the club operates across five venues: Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Canterbury Park, Warwick Farm and Rosehill Bowling Club.
The organisation is guided by its values of Achieve, Care, Collaborate and Innovate, and it aims to give people the freedom and support to lead from the front in a safe, high-performing workplace.
This opportunity sits within the social media team and offers the chance to help shape the Australian Turf Club brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. The role is focused on building audience engagement, supporting attendance and strengthening brand growth through platform-specific storytelling and content.
It is a practical, fast-moving position suited to someone who enjoys creating content, spotting trends, managing online communities and using performance data to improve future output. The work spans racing, fashion, food, entertainment and live events, and involves close collaboration with teams across the business to support both brand and commercial goals.
The role is based Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability needed for raceday coverage.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to work.
- A genuine interest in storytelling, customer experience and creating content people want to interact with.
- Desirable: experience with brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencers or talent.
- Desirable: interest or experience in horse racing, sport, fashion, food, entertainment or live events.
- Desirable: a driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between venues may be needed.
