Job description
Opportunity
Australian Turf Club is looking for casual culinary professionals to join its team and help deliver high-quality hospitality at Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens Racecourses. This role offers a varied, fast-paced environment across major events, with the chance to work in a vibrant and rewarding setting.

What You Need
- Prior hospitality experience in a comparable chef role.
- A Certificate in Commercial Cookery, or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- A strong commitment to delivering a guest experience that goes beyond expectations.
- Working knowledge of food safety and food handling practices, or a willingness to build that knowledge.
- Availability for a rotating roster that includes weekdays and Saturdays.
- Full legal right to work in Australia.
