Role Responsibilities
- Create diverse content such as videography and photography, craft engaging captions, design simple graphics, and manage daily postings on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages, addressing user inquiries, and monitoring the brand’s online reputation.
- Track and analyze social media metrics using analytic tools to measure reach, engagement, and traffic, followed by preparation of performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess between one to three years of practical experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Demonstrate strong skills in copywriting for social media content.
- Any graduate degree is eligible for application.
