About the Role
Ignite is proud to partner with a rapidly expanding Health and Wellness company based in London, specializing in a direct-to-consumer subscription model. This dynamic, ambitious team is on an exciting trajectory of growth and is seeking a Social Media Executive to drive their organic social media marketing efforts.
Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will primarily focus on managing and enhancing the brand's presence across Instagram and TikTok. The role requires a hands-on approach to content creation including filming, editing, and publishing. Confidence in front of the camera and the creativity to conceptualize and implement innovative social media strategies are essential.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in devising and executing social media strategies.
- Proficiency in filming and editing video content.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong motivation to engage directly with all aspects of social media management.
- A passionate interest in the Health and Wellness field.
- A proactive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and pitch original ideas.
Compensation and Working Conditions
- Competitive salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement: three days onsite in the London office and two days remote.

- First-round interview via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager.
- Final stage: in-person interview at the company’s London office.
