Role Overview and Key Duties
The chosen candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content primarily for Instagram and Facebook, including reels and videos, and will appear confidently on camera to showcase products and company insights. Key duties include planning creative content calendars, managing marketing campaigns, conducting research on trends and viral content, as well as monitoring analytics to optimize performance. The role also involves close coordination with sales and marketing teams to enhance promotions and coverage of operations and events like product launches and exhibitions.
Candidate Requirements and Skills
- Female with a camera-friendly and presentable persona
- Proven experience administering Instagram and Facebook business pages
- Strong knowledge of social media features, including Reels, Stories, and Shorts, with updated trend awareness
- Proficiency in mobile videography and basic video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Premiere Pro
- Creative thinking abilities with fresh, innovative content ideas
- Effective communication skills in Hindi and English
- A genuine interest in branding, digital marketing, and social media growth practices
- Demonstrated success in boosting followers, engagement, and brand visibility preferred

Compensation and Experience
