About the Role
Bio Medical Company GmbH invites you to join their marketing team as a Social Media Designer in Coburg, Bavaria. You will play an essential part in creating engaging content and nurturing the company's digital presence across multiple social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and publish captivating content tailored for various social media channels.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand's identity.
- Manage and grow social media communities by engaging with comments and direct messages.
- Track and analyze reach, engagement, and KPIs to generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated on trending formats, platform algorithms, and social media trends.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team and management for campaign-related content.
- Maintain and evolve the brand voice across all digital channels.
- Organize influencer partnerships and manage paid social advertising campaigns.
- Assist in producing multimedia content including photos and videos like reels and stories.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Strong awareness of current trends and skilled in engaging target audiences effectively.
- Familiar with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalents.
- Competent in social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with initiative and ability to execute ideas independently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Knowledge or experience in influencer marketing and paid social campaigns is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and professional demeanor.
- Continuous learner with solution-oriented approach and proactive thinking.
